That does not matter.

In order to get your appropriate discounted price level (same for every CSP card holder in your facility), you need a card number.

Whether or not you actually place the purchase order does not matter. You will get the discounted pricing if you refer to your CSP Card number when requesting pricing or putting in a request to Purchasing.

When you send the request to Purchasing, they will receive the same pricing since there is a CSP Card referenced on the order.

Purchasers can also request CSP Cards, if they prefer to keep all of their purchases together.

However, it is often more useful to know which individual end-users are requesting the orders. The purchase amounts are grouped together for the facility anyway.
