MOST MEDICAL DEVICES SHOULD HAVE ANNUAL CALIBRATION TO ENSURE OPTIMUM ACCURACY
Our certified calibration work is done only by accredited calibration facilities. All calibrations are done using accepted protocols with test instruments that are calibrated according to internationally accepted standards and each test instrument has a certified calibration which is traceable to the appropriate standard: eg. N.B.S., N.I.S.T., N.E.M.A., P.T.B., etc.

CALIBRATIONS & REPAIRS at CSP Medical are easy as 1-2-3

1- Download a Return Authorization Form (be sure to fill it out completely ) and fax it to us at: 1-800-473-7710. -OR- Call us at 800-265-3460 for a case number or fill out our Online form to request pricing and Case numbers.

2- Now you have received your repair estimate & case number. To proceed just sign the repair estimate and fax it back to us with your purchase order at: 800-473-7710.

3- Package your equipment securely and be sure to enclose a copy of your completed Return Authorization Form.

Once we have received your equipment it will be transferred to the appropriate technician and/or calibration lab. If it is discovered that repairs are necessary, we will notify you of the extra costs immediately with a revised repair estimate. We will not proceed without your approval.

Once you have approved the revised repair estimate (if applicable), we will complete the repairs & calibration and return your equipment. Depending on the type of equipment and whether repairs are necessary, turnaround time ranges for 1 week (for standard calibration of densitometers & sensitometers) to 4+ weeks (for European manufactured equipment).

CSP Medical tracks each instrument through the calibration & repair process and detailed equipment histories are archived.
