For goods received in a damaged condition by the courier or trucking company, please follow this procedure:

* Note the damage to the delivery driver.
* Immediately report the damage to the delivery company.
* Keep all original packaging materials for inspection and possible repackaging.
* Report the damage to CSP Medical in writing within 2 days of receipt.
* Provide a copy of carrier's report of damage.
* Some shipments may have carrier insurance. Claims are contingent upon the above procedures being followed.
