Occasional mailings and e-mail newsletters are available upon request. Customers can easily opt in or out of such mailings by request.

WEBSTORE: Our webstore, accessed through www.cspmedical.com, can be partially browsed without providing any identifying information. For increased access and customized information, you have the option of registering for our discount card program, which requires basic contact information. In order to purchase online, it may be necessary to provide financial information, including credit card information and/or purchase order numbers. Credit card information is stored in an encrypted form and cannot be viewed without secured authorization. Other technical information, including cookies, is controlled by a third party provider. CREDIT INFORMATION: Credit card information, whether online or phoned-in, is not stored on paper. The electronic data in the transaction and/or customer record is encrypted and cannot be viewed without secured authorization. To purchase with terms, a credit application is required. This form requires financial information including bank information and credit references.

HUMAN RESOURCES: Applications, resumes, and CV’s are generally kept for six months. If the individual is hired by CSP, then the documents become part of the employee’s file.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: CSP does not sell or give personal information to third parties, with the possible exception of basic contact information for the purposes of providing or delivering requested goods, services or information.

ACCESS TO INFORMATION: Your information is stored in your account record in a secure database. Registering on our webstore, and/or for our discount card program, enables you to access your own customer record to view stored information and your account’s transaction history, using your login and password. You can also make changes to any information as necessary. Alternatively, you can contact us to request changes to your contact or financial information.
