How can I track my order?

 

Once we receive your order, we will send you an Order Confirmation by fax or e-mail which includes the expected ship date from us to you. If we become aware of any delays (manufacturer, customs, shipping) we will notify you of the change.

Of course, you are welcome to contact your Sales Consultant at any time to check on your order status.

However, for quicker service, we recommend that you check the webstore for order status. All your quotes, orders, payment history and cases are available for viewing whether you placed the order on the webstore or not. Simply log in and select the "My Account" tab for all your transaction details, including estimated ship date and order status.
