Each source consists of a lucite rod measuring 5" x 0.5" (127mm x 12.7mm) or 2.95" x 0.5" (74.9mm x 12.7mm). The activity is located in a 0.187" x 0.187" (4.75mm x 4.75mm) well, positioned approximately 0.250" (6.35mm) from the top of the rod.
Rod sources are calibrated and NIST traceable with an accuracy of +/- 5% at the 99% confidence level.
